Obituary for Leonore Anna Levin
Leonore Anna Levin passed away on January 28 at the age of 92. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to parents Irving and Sylvia Levy on April 22, 1924 and remained there her entire life before coming to live at the Sarah Neuman Center (New Jewish Home) in Mamaroneck in 2014.
Leonore and her beloved husband Meyer together ran M. Levin, Inc., a purveyor of office fixtures for buildings throughout New York City and beyond, with Leonore in charge of bookkeeping.
Leonore is survived by her son Henry and daughter-in-law Susan, as well as another daughter-in-law Susan through her son Mark, and grandchildren Emily, Matthew, Melanie and Michele. She is pre-deceased by her husband Meyer, son Mark and brother Lawrence.
Leonore will be greatly missed by her family as well as her close community of friends from the Sarah Neuman Center.
